Have any of you who wear niqab ever had a child ask you that or thought you were some superhero or villian? Well not the batman part, but why was I wearing a mask, it's not halloween yet. Kids....gotta love them.
As Salaamu Alaykum, ohh yeah lol!! had kids sing the Star Wars theme song as i walked past. Been asked if i am a ninja... and batman!! that was on the same day lol... i did well that day.
My own kids are fine with me wearing niqab, my three year old has seen me wear it from when she was born, and the other week asked my her friends mommy did not cover her face also lol!!...

had a kid pick up a light saber from the store i was in and offer to "battle" me. afterwards he said something about me being a ninja, LOL

I just get ninja and terrorist.. I never got the batman thing..batman doesn't even cover the bottom of his face!! :O

LOL - when I was visiting Toronto, I was walking with my son, and some kid said "Whoa" and jumped back. My son and I laughed about it all day.
And a lot of other kids said Ninja too, but I think they werent being "innocent".
Anyway thats the only time I was in the West with niqab. Of course here in Egypt, its normal, alhumdullah.
